Dear Friend,

Please allow me to introduce myself and to explain the reason for this letter! My name is Carlton Dowdy, USA, (Retired). My friends call me, "the Colonel"! In 1997 I founded a company called Single Parents USA! Initially my primary goal was to ... "Bring the Mountain to Muhammad". In other words because I wanted to be as close to my then 10 year old son as possible I decided to ... bring the ladies to me! However, it was only after we held our very first mixer that I realized that SINGLE PARENTS USA had to be a lot more than my original idea of ... "Bringing the Mountain to Muhammad!" I quickly came to the realization that these were "Very Beautiful People", ... I immediately changed my Goals!

We operated SINGLE PARENTS USA until 2001, but was unable to keep it's doors open because of family and financial reasons. Since that time much has changes in our lives; however, there is one thing that has not changed, ... our love for and our desire to help provide support to singles parents and help them find meaningful relationships and fulfilment in their lives. My hope has always been to help singles grow physically, spiritually and financially!

We have since been able to all but resolve those family issues and most of our financial issues and have decided to re-open our doors and continue with our original mission of helping singles find meaningful relationships as well as grow physically, spiritually and financially! However, because the most popular part of SINGLE PARENTS USA was our profile listing and dating service, we decided to keep that part of the business and add it to our present business of providing tours to singles, single parents and single seniors, while helping them grow physically, spiritually and financially!

We decided to change our business name to better reflect what we do. Hence, our new name: SOULMATETOURS.COM. However, we still provide dating and matchmaking services to single parents as well as single seniors. We believe that being in the "Right Relationship" is second only to "Good Health"!

We have redoubled our efforts and expanded our original goals of helping to empower single parents as we now understand that singles in general, especially those who are interested in a relationship often need help and many have found that the internet thing has not been able to provide them with what they are looking for.

My wife and Soul Mate or more than 10 years now recently told me that if she had seen my picture and my profile onthe internet, she would still be looking. We do not allow picture profiles.

At SOULMATETOURS.COM, we are providing you with several different opportunities to meet and socialize with other singles as well as opportunities to travel and have some fun, ... something that most Americans have gotten to far away from. We also offer opportunities to attend relationship seminars and other activities addressing issues that are near and deer to the hearts of most singles.

WHY SOULMATETOURS.COM?
It's personal. I had all but given up on ever finding my soul mate, that "right one for me", and then out of the blue, there she was, standing in my yard. It was almost immediate for me. Of course she didn't know of my plans for her at that time but I did. It happened within moments of meeting her. It can happen for you as well, but there are some things that you must know and ... do and ... I can tell you what they are! The first thing is this: You Must Be Ready!

What are my qualifications as a Match Maker!
MatchMaking was one of the services that we offered to our single parents and we had a number of successes; however, perhaps most of my experience came from my assignment as the Commanding Officer of three different units in the military, (39 months of total command time ), while stationed over seas. As the Commanding Officer I had to approve every application for marriage that was filed by members of my unit. I did not take that responsibility lightly and I conducted extensive interviews before I would approve any marriage request. This process was extremely revealing.

Also, I feel the act of marriage is extremely important and should not be taken lightly and have dedicated the rest of my life to helping people find that right person, (to be honest it's ... becomming that right person). I believe that soulmatetours.com is the perfect vehicle for finding your soulmate.

PS: I am on my third marriage and for the first time I truly believe that it is the right one for me and strangely enough, I kinda always new that the first two was not quite what I was looking for and sadly ... I kinda knew that before I took the vows. What a dumb a--! At our relationship seminars, I hope to help singles weed through that process. I now clearly understand what the yea or nay signals are.
